- 4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Place watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, lime juice, and salt to the blender and blend until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until it starts to firm up.
- Stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals, and return to the freezer.
- After another 2-3 hours, stir again and repeat until the sorbet is fully frozen and fluffy.
