Description
A refreshing watermelon sorbet made with simple ingredients using an ice cream maker. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients

- 4 cups Watermelon
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Place the cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon puree, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the watermelon sorbet in bowls or cones. Enjoy!
