Description
This grilled corn on the cob recipe is the perfect side dish for your summer BBQ. Sweet, juicy corn is grilled to perfection and slathered with a delicious herb butter.

- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the herb butter.
- Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered corn before serving.
- You can also wrap the corn in foil with some butter and grill it for a more steamed effect.
