This grilled corn on the cob recipe is the perfect side dish for your summer BBQ. Sweet, juicy corn is grilled to perfection and slathered with a delicious herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the herb butter.
  6. Serve warm with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the buttered corn before serving.
  • You can also wrap the corn in foil with some butter and grill it for a more steamed effect.
