Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with blackened seasoning on both sides.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and charred.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In a pot, cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until combined and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and mix well.
