Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer’s capacity.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
