  • 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet are great options.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (For tossing the potatoes.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (Adjust to taste.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (Adjust to taste.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (Optional for extra flavor.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (Optional for color and flavor.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  5. Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
