- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet are great options.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (For tossing the potatoes.)
- 1 teaspoon salt (Adjust to taste.)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (Optional for extra flavor.)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (Optional for color and flavor.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
