- 4 medium potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
