- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, serve with whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
- For an extra touch, add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter before baking.
