- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound raspberries
- 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of strawberries, followed by a layer of blueberries and then raspberries.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and the rest of the whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
