- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 pack of pita chips
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Skewer the shrimp on skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
