  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
  3. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite seasonal fruits.
  • This dessert can be made a few hours in advance, just keep it refrigerated.
