- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the berries with your favorite seasonal fruits.
- This dessert can be made a few hours in advance, just keep it refrigerated.
- For added crunch, layer in some granola between the yogurt and berries.
