Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
- Add gin or vodka and ice cubes, then shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute gin with vodka or any other spirit you prefer.
