  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
