  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary (Chopped)
  • 1.5 lbs Potatoes (Cut into wedges)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (For seasoning potatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin generously with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, thyme, and rosemary to create the garlic herb butter. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the potatoes by tossing them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast the potatoes in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
