Deliciously juicy chicken burgers topped with a special sauce, served with crispy golden french fries.

- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1, sliced Tomato
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/4 cup, chopped Pickles
- 1 bag Frozen french fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare french fries according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and chopped pickles to make the special sauce.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and the chicken patty on the bun, then drizzle with special sauce.
- Serve the burgers with crispy golden french fries on the side.
Notes
- You can customize the toppings according to your preference.
- For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
