Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the bowl and toss to combine with the chicken mixture.

  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
