Description
These juicy air fryer chicken bites are perfectly seasoned and paired with a creamy ranch dip for a delicious snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded chicken bites in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the chicken bites with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the creamy ranch dip by mixing the ranch dressing and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken bites are done, serve them hot with the creamy ranch dip on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste.
- You can use panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy coating.
- Make sure to check the chicken’s internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
