Juicy, caramelized peaches grilled to perfection and served with a scoop of creamy ice cream.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut side of each peach half with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
- Serve the grilled peaches warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for the best grilling results.
- You can also drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the ice cream for added sweetness.
