Juicy, caramelized peaches grilled to perfection and served with a scoop of creamy ice cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
  5. Flip the peaches and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.
  6. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve the grilled peaches warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for the best grilling results.
  • You can also drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the ice cream for added sweetness.
