  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup burrata cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peach halves.
  6. Top each peach half with a generous scoop of burrata cheese.
  7. Drizzle honey over the peaches and burrata.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
