- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peach halves.
- Top each peach half with a generous scoop of burrata cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches and burrata.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
- Feel free to substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if preferred.
- For added flavor, consider drizzling balsamic glaze over the top.
