Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rinsed rice, water, olive oil, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket or a suitable air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  5. Cook the rice for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. After 25 minutes, check the rice. If needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
