- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Lay out the whole grain wraps on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus over each wrap.
- Layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and grilled chicken (if using) on top of the hummus.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the wraps tightly, then slice them in half.
