- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- While the fries are cooking, prepare the chicken strips. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the air fryer and set aside. Place the chicken strips in the same basket.
- Cook the chicken strips in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
- Serve the chicken strips with the fries and your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add other spices to your fries for extra flavor.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
