  • 1 Cucumber (Sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Whole Wheat Wrap (For wraps)
  • 1/2 cup Hummus (For spreading)
  • 1 Avocado (Sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Lay a whole wheat wrap flat and spread a layer of hummus over it.
  5. Layer sliced avocado on top of the hummus.
  6. Add a handful of the prepared salad mixture on top of the avocado.
  7. Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half to serve.
