Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat the ghee on medium heat.
- Add the semolina and roast until it turns golden brown and fragrant, stirring continuously.
- In a separate pan, boil the water and add the sugar to dissolve.
- Once the semolina is roasted, carefully pour the sugar-water mixture into the frying pan.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the raisins, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- If desired, add milk for extra richness and creaminess. Stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
