- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, red onion, and fresh spinach evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
