- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli florets and mix well.
- Place the chicken and broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- While the chicken and broccoli are cooking, prepare the quinoa according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken and broccoli are done, serve them over a bed of quinoa and top with cherry tomatoes.
