Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
