These easy beef nachos are perfect for a quick meal or a game day snack, loaded with all your favorite toppings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions for adding water.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned beef over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and chips.
- Add diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize your toppings with black olives, corn, or any of your favorite nacho toppings.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some diced onions or bell peppers to the beef while cooking.
