- 1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1 cup of granola or trail mix
- 1 cup of cheese cubes (cheddar, gouda)
- 1 cup of whole grain crackers
- 1 cup of fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes, berries)
- 1 cup of hummus or guacamole (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts and dried fruit.
- Add the granola or trail mix and stir until well combined.
- Prepare cheese cubes and arrange them in a small container.
- Pack the whole grain crackers in a separate zip-lock bag to prevent crushing.
- Wash and cut fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces, then pack in an airtight container.
- If using, prepare hummus or guacamole in a small container, and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pack all snacks in a cooler or insulated bag to keep them fresh while traveling.
