- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 corn tortillas (for serving)
- 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for slaw)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped, for slaw)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for crema)
- 1 zest of lime (for crema)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the fish fillets with olive oil and taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the creamy slaw by combining the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a mixing bowl. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
- For the zesty lime crema, mix together the sour cream, lime zest, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
- Once the fish is done, warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of the cooked fish on each tortilla, topping with the creamy slaw and drizzling with zesty lime crema.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
