Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Dandelion roots
- 4 cups Water
- to taste Honey
- to taste Lemon juice
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the roasted dandelion roots to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup or teapot.
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Ensure that the dandelion roots are harvested from a pesticide-free area.
- You can also use dried dandelion root if fresh is not available.
