A refreshing herbal tea made from dandelion leaves and roots, known for its detoxifying properties.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Dandelion leaves
- 1 tablespoon Dandelion root
- 4 cups Water
- to taste Honey or sweetener
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add 1 cup of dandelion leaves and 1 tablespoon of chopped dandelion root to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
- Add honey or sweetener if desired and enjoy.
Notes
- Dandelion tea can be enjoyed hot or iced.
- Ensure that the dandelions are picked from a pesticide-free area.
