Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
