- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each zucchini fry in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are cooking, prepare the garlic parmesan dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Serve the crispy zucchini fries hot with the garlic parmesan dipping sauce.
