- 2 salmon filets, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon filets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and garlic.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and top each filet with the lemon herb butter.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can cook the salmon filets for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Feel free to swap the herbs for your favorites, such as thyme or basil.
