Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon filets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 7 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and garlic.
  6. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and top each filet with the lemon herb butter.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, you can cook the salmon filets for an additional 1-2 minutes.
