- 4 Chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

- 8 ounces Pasta (your choice)
- 4 tablespoons Butter (for garlic butter sauce)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and place the chicken in a single layer. Spray the tops of the chicken with more olive oil.
- Cook the chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the crispy chicken over the garlic butter pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for a juicier option.
