- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Coat each fish fillet in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
