- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 10 corn tortillas

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, then roll them tightly.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the taquitos in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
- Spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with guacamole and fresh salsa on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped jalapeños or black beans to the filling.
- Make sure the tortillas are warm and flexible to prevent them from cracking while rolling.
