- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly add water to the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Spray lightly with olive oil and air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, heat the Buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once the cauliflower is golden and crispy, toss it in the heated Buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can air fry the cauliflower for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
- You can also add a sprinkle of fresh herbs or green onions for added flavor.
