- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss until the broccoli is well coated.
- Place the broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
- Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
