- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the creamy beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley.

- For a richer flavor, use a combination of beef and pork.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra nutrition.
