Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
