- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
