- 2 lbs of coleslaw mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lbs of potato salad
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs of baked beans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside to chill.
- For the potato salad, combine the diced celery, diced onion, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in the cooked and cooled potatoes and mix until well combined. Chill before serving.
- In a saucepan, combine baked beans, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

- Feel free to customize the coleslaw with your favorite add-ins like raisins or nuts.
