This BBQ corn on the cob is a perfect side dish for any barbecue. Grilled to perfection and slathered with a flavorful herb butter, it’s a summertime favorite that pairs well with grilled meats.

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the husked corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush generously with the herb butter before serving.
