- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup (50g) shaved Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
