Ingredients

- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups custard
- 1/2 cup sherry or fruit juice
Instructions
- Layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom of the trifle bowl.
- Drizzle half of the sherry or juice over the cake.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top.
- Add a layer of custard over the berries.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the custard.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use different fruits based on your preference.
- Make sure the custard is cooled before adding it to the layers.
- This dessert can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
