Ingredients
- Mixed greens – 4 cups
- Cucumber – 1, diced
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
- Radishes – 5, thinly sliced
- Avocado – 1, diced
- Feta cheese – 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
