Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, water, egg, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter to form a crepe.
  3. Cook until set, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix vegetables, shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each crepe and roll tightly.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
