A delicious and easy-to-make spring roll cake filled with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers)
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, egg, and salt to make a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter to form a crepe.
- Cook until set, then flip and cook the other side.
- In a separate bowl, mix vegetables, shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each crepe and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
