Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- In a saucepan, combine strawberries, water, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
- Add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
- Try other fruits like raspberries or blueberries.
