- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made shortcake
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract and mix.
- Slice the shortcake in half and layer with whipped cream and mixed berries.
- Top with additional whipped cream and berries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
