  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  7. Remove the top foil and brush barbecue sauce on the ribs.
  8. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
